KHA Development Managers’ Town Planning division comprises 8 senior planners and 3 planners with capabilities that allow delivery of professional services necessary for statutory planning, master planning and strategic planning.

We are, in every sense, a team, providing a diversity of backgrounds and planning experiences that allow KHA Development Managers to draw from a significant knowledge pool that includes a clear understanding of the Sustainable Planning Act, Queensland Planning Provisions, Regional Plans, State Planning Policies, State Regulatory Provisions and Council Planning Schemes, to deliver efficient problem solving and town planning strategies.  

KHA Development Managers consider individual development circumstances across wide ranging development projects to ensure the best possible outcomes and ultimately, development application approvals.

With offices located on the Sunshine Coast, North Queensland and Brisbane, KHA Development Managers offer a comprehensive Town Planning service across Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

We aim to:

• Mentor, inform and communicate with our clients throughout the planning/approval process
• Maintain strong communication and negotiating links with Local Authorities and State Government Departments
• Facilitate efficient coordination of related specialist consultants required as part of the development approval process
